Creative Action Digital Ltd. is a member of the Creative Action group of companies with offices in London, Singapore and Tokyo. CA Digital collaborates with its sister companies and a number of trusted partners to provide wide ranging services centered on the provision of digital media, videos and web-based corporate communications solutions to multinational clients in Japan, Asia, Europe, North and South America.

We are currently looking for a Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will work well within a team creating intelligent and eye-catching digital design solutions, combining flair with new and innovative ideas.

The ideal candidate will rise to any kind of creative challenge, from brand positioning, internal employee engagement, identity creation, marketing and communications campaigns, video design and digital communications. You must be up for challenges and able to work to tight deadlines, while still creating high-end creative work. You will need to demonstrate a keen interest in design and digital trends and bring enthusiasm to your work and work across different mediums including designing for video.

Some responsibilities will include:
• Determining the navigation structure of the application or web site based on understanding of the mission and vision for the product, ensuring that the needs of the primary audience are met.
• Defining how users will interact with the system and find information by defining organization, labeling, navigation and searching systems.
• Working collaboratively with others to conduct objective tests designed to improve aspects of system usability and discoverability
• Defining the look and feel incorporating all external visual constraints including branding and corporate identity constraints.
