In this role, which he has held since 2008, he’s worked on projects for prestigious clients including The Co-operative, BUPA, GE and Manchester United.
Phil credits his time spent at the University of Wolverhampton as having had a great influence on his career.
“The degree I did at Wolverhampton helped shaped my career in design enormously. We were always challenged to push the boundaries and think differently. I still try to apply this thinking today. Also the web was really just in its infancy back then, but when I look back on some of the digital projects we produced still stand up today.
“I enjoyed really getting underneath a project. Researching it fully (in the library as opposed to internet!). Challenging thinking and perception. As long as the idea worked and it was on brief we had free reign to do, and use, whatever media we wanted.” said Phil
