Junior Designer - Momentum Worldwide, Manchester

We are growing at Momentum and as a result our Manchester office is looking to add to it's already hugely talented team of Designers. We are looking for someone who has an appetite to learn and the talent to help roll out global marketing inititaives for some of the world's top blue chip organisations. To join our team you will need to be able to:
• Bring concepts to life with conceptual and technical design skills
• Deliver high standards of design output through a great eye for detail, impeccable design skills and the ability to visually conceptualize
• Continually seek out and apply new design techniques and trends to the agency’s output where appropriate
• Be able to effectively articulate design concepts to internal stakeholders
• Create materials and assets as instructed by Senior Designers, Art Directors, Creative Directors and Executive Creative Directors
• Adhere to brand guidelines where applicable and display clear brand knowledge of Momentum’s key clients
• Demonstrate full understanding of creative brief to deliver exceptional design output
• Constantly seek to learn and understand more about Momentum, its business, its clients and their individual businesses
• Continually increase and develop personal skill-sets
• Make a positive contribution to the wider agency and live the Momentum values 

Desired Skills and Experience
• Evidence of exceptional design and delivery with a top class portfolio
• Exceptional Adobe Creative Suite skillset essential
• Degree in design or similar discipline desirable
• Enjoys being part of a team and working towards team and individual goals
• A stickler for detail
