Michael Stewart – Subway research

The subway that links the School of Art and Design and with the main University site on the other side of the ring road has for a long time stimulated strong opinion. Some pedestrians are happy to walk through this space, others will go to great lengths to find an alternative route. 

Final year student Michael Stewart is working on some research that investigates our perceptions of this underpass. He has a created a simple, very brief survey to help gauge public opinion – is there anything wrong with the subway and if so how can than be remedied?
