Studio Manager (part time)
Bureau for Visual Affairs is seeking a part time (three days a week) Studio Manager to ensure the smooth running of the studio and support our team of ten.

Based near London’s Borough Market, we create progressive websites, applications and brands for clients in the cultural and commercial sector – among them the Tate, National Gallery, Damien Hirst and Whistles.

This is an extremely varied role and would suit someone that is exceptionally well organised, has meticulous attention to detail and a keen interest in arts and culture.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:Monitoring internal book keeping, with support from the studio’s accountant.

Human resources (holiday allocation, employment contracts, schedule staff reviews, reimbursements, assist with recruitment etc.).

Liaise with suppliers to ensure maximum profitability whilst maintaining quality standards.

Taking a lead role in the administration of a popular contemporary art listings website, operated by the agency.

Experience working at a design studio and an understanding of the creative and production process for digital projects would be beneficial, but is not essential.
