We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team and contribute to building an excellent brand experience on print and digital materials.
As a junior designer you’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical and creative skills by supporting the team on a range of projects, assisting on all aspects of the design process from generating ideas to final artwork.

As a junior designer, you will support the design and development of print and digital materials to fulfil marketing and communications objectives in response to individual briefs.
You will assist in building and developing our brand as well as ensuring that all creative outputs achieve the correct application of the brand and are accessible to our audiences.

• A good knowledge of design fundamentals including typography, colour, layout and illustration.
• A good portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to respond to a brief creatively.
• Ability to communicate rationales behind creative work.
• A strong interest in graphic design and a knowledge of current trends.
• A willingness to contribute to group discussions about their own and others’ work.
