Filippos Filippou - Filmic FiIm festival

Filippos Filippou, recent graphic's graduate, from Papphos, Cyprus, he has just heard that his film, made as part of of his final year projects, has been shortlisted for the Filmic Festival in Manchester.

“ This is great news” say Julia Chidley and Ian Madeley. 

“We are delighted that Filippos’s film on the theme of ‘waiting’ has been so favourably received and we wish him the best of luck and have our fingers crossed in the final stages of selection” they continued.

The Filmic Film Festival will Showcase a selection of the most abstract, unconventional and stylized film in the UK, festival is going to be a unique display and celebration of independent cinema and film-making talent.
Festival organisers are looking for the most engaging, exciting and unconventional material to exhibit at the film festival screenings which will take place later this year. It is planned that the festival will include networking opportunities, screenings and guest speakers.
