Honours list for graduation ceremony

Visual Communication graduates are preparing for next Fridays graduation ceremony to be held at the prestigious venue of the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton. The event really will be a celebration to remember, complete with souvenir issues of the Express and Star, plus a great chance to get together with friends and family to mark the tremendous achievement of being awarded a degree by the University.

Each graduation ceremony involves a look back at highlights of the academic year, plus the ceremony also involves the presentation of a number of honorary degrees. Each year friends and supporters of Visual Communication courses are invited to attend and this year invitations have been extended to The Express and Star, for their kind sponsorship of a graduation award and Sheaffer, for their  support during a major second year project and sponsorship of
2 graduation awards.

Vice-Chancellor, Professor Geoff Layer, said:

“We are delighted to recognise people who have made a significant contribution to such a broad range of fields.

“Our honorary award recipients are an inspiration to our students and we look forward to welcoming them to the University in September.”
